A BHMS doctor by qualification, Dr. Rakesh Patel has been the driving force behind the establishment of Oeuvre Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., founded with a mission to serve those in need by making quality medicines accessible and affordable to all segments of society.


His inspirational leadership has laid a strong foundation for Oeuvre Healthcare, which today boasts a presence in over three therapeutic areas and a robust sales and marketing team of more than 100 professionals. company has developed a comprehensive CFA and distribution network, including over 100 stockiest and 500 retailers, ensuring timely access to essential medications for patients and consumers in our operational regions.

Dr. Rakesh Patel continues to make a lasting impact on the Indian pharmaceutical industry with his unwavering commitment to providing affordable healthcare solutions. A true nationalist at heart, he remains devoted to his mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective medicines to those who need them most.

Carrying forward this legacy is his son, Mr. Mitul Patel, who has joined the business after completing his education. As Director, Mr. Mitul Patel currently oversees the company’s other business verticals Oeuvre Realty as Head of Projects, while also playing an active role in managing the domestic pharmaceutical operations.

Mr. Amit Patel joined the family business in the early 2000s with a visionary mindset. After completing his education, he began his journey alongside his father, Shri Ambalal Patel, managing Madhav Associate a renowned real estate enterprise founded by his father. It was under his leadership that the iconic “Oeuvre” brand was conceptualized an ambitious real estate project designed to embody luxury, elegance, and thoughtful living. These landmark developments under the Oeuvre banner showcase contemporary architecture, bespoke craftsmanship, panoramic city views, and lifestyle-oriented amenities, all with a focus on enhancing the quality of urban living.


Driven by a deep-rooted passion for healthcare, Mr. Amit Patel later collaborated with Dr. Rakesh Patel to foray into the pharmaceutical space. Under Dr. Rakesh Patel’s mentorship, he quickly absorbed the intricacies of healthcare business operations. His dynamic approach and keen business acumen played a crucial role in establishing the early success of Oeuvre Healthcare.

Even as he continues to be actively engaged in the real estate sector, Mr. Amit Patel has led Madhav Associate and Oeuvre Realty for over 29 years, shaping Oeuvre Realty into a distinguished and trusted brand in Ahmedabad, Gujarat for luxurious living, commercial space. From envisioning innovative concepts to delivering luxurious lifestyles, the Oeuvre realty brand stands as a testament to his dedication to quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Tufail Ahmad Khan is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 22 years of rich experience in the industry. A Life Sciences graduate from AMU, Aligarh, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Bangalore University, Mr. Khan has steadily risen through the ranks in Product Management. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in strategic marketing, performance-driven sales, and robust process management, P&L understanding to achieve the optimum profitability.

The vision to establish Oeuvre Healthcare was sown under the capable and insightful leadership of Mr. Tufail Khan, with guidance from the Founder Chairman and the unwavering support of a strong Board of Directors. At its core, the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector is built on the pillars of science, innovation, and patient compliance. He has been instrumental in building mega brands and strengthening value chains at reputed pharmaceutical organizations such as Micro Labs Ltd., the Zydus Group, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

Deeply committed to adding value to the domestic pharmaceutical landscape, Mr. Khan leverages his strong field expertise, strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs), and his deep understanding of brand building & setting performance driven team. His consistent success in forming and leading high-performing teams has enabled several emerging ventures to flourish into successful enterprises.

With hands-on experience across both chronic and acute therapies in varied organizational settings, Mr. Khan remains a forward-thinking leader in the ever-evolving Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM). Patel, with over 25 years of experience in the overall business out of which, 4 years of experience in healthcare sector is responsible for leading corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory affairs. He works in close coordination with the CEO office to facilitate internal team & customer services, vendor management which are initiatives by marketing & sales team by providing timely and effective satisfaction. Also, the legal frameworks that support customer acquisition. Additionally, he offers strategic legal guidance to the Board and senior management, oversees external legal counsel, ensures adherence to corporate laws, and manages contracts, litigation, and licensing matters. He also represents the organization in legal proceedings and acts as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring that all operations align with legal and ethical standards.
